Our First Christmas Ornaments!

Yes! You read that right! Anthony and I purchased our first Christmas ornaments together this past weekend! We’ve agreed to get a real tree, so we’ll be waiting until after Thanksgiving to get it but we are SO excited for our first holiday season in our apartment. More likely than not, he’ll be with his family for Christmas and I’ll be home with mine, so we’re trying to enjoy every moment of the actual season together.

With that being said, I wanted to share the few ornaments we purchased for our soon-to-be first Christmas tree together! We’re going for a very classic, red-and-green (with some gold) theme and I just love how beautiful these ornaments are!

This vintage Santa ornament was too cute not to pass up! The details in-person are just perfect. He has a little sack on his back with a Christmas tree in it – the MOST festive! 🙂 Plus, how could I resist his sparkly green suit!?

These pinecone ornaments are my favorite. I personally like the brown/gold one (on the right). The silver one on the left wasn’t very pretty in person, but they’re both SO sparkly. I think it’ll make the perfect addition to our tree.

A nutcracker is a staple! I cannot wait to have a fireplace and mantel one day and fill it with nutcrackers! This ornament was just too perfect to pass up.

This snowman in a snow globe is Anthony’s favorite – and I can assure you it’s 10x cuter in person! It’s perfectly put together for the prettiest winter wonderland scene.

Last but most certainly not least, these beautiful sparkly stars. We purchased one silver and one gold because they’re absolutely timeless. In college, everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) called Ant “Starz” (because of his last name) – so stars have always been our “go-to” thing.

I hope you enjoyed this cheerful, short-but-sweet blog post! And don’t worry – I most certainly did not forget about Thanksgiving. I’m definitely taking the holiday season day-by-day but thought I’d share these in case they run low on stock!
