Pursuing My Dream Job

It’s finally official: I’m working for myself full-time.

I’m thrilled to share that I am pursuing my blog, full-time. It’s been a long few months of balancing my full-time role, freelance work, and my blog – and I’ve been dreaming of this day for months.

Long story short, what began as an occasional, “I can’t wait to work for myself” thought, quickly turned into a dream that I was envisioning daily. There was a bit of planning required – financially, professionally, and personally – but once those were all evaluated, I couldn’t wait another minute. I put in my notice and Thursday was my last day at my job. I cannot put into words how thrilled I am to welcome these new opportunities ahead.

What’s next?

My website is home to two creative endeavors in one – a New England based blog covering classic style and coastal living as well as a place to offer my freelance services. I’ll be freelancing for businesses in the wedding and events industry. Many of you may know that my very first job was with a brand in the wedding industry and since then, I’ve been captivated by the wedding and events space. Of course, if you’re interested in learning more, feel free to email me or inquire through this contact form, linked here.

I feel more inspired and excited than ever – so thank you for your support!
